Value Controls Product Guarantee and Return Policy:

We back all our products with a guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. We guarantee these parts to be in working condition and provide a warranty for 2 full years. 

International Returns:

Please contact us directly if you are an international customer seeking a return authorization. Because of duties, taxes, and international shipping costs, these returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Warranty Returns:

If you have changed your mind, you can return or exchange it for a refund within 60 days of the purchase date. If you choose a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Warranty Returns:

Our two-year warranty provides coverage for defective items. If your product is found to be faulty within 2 years of the invoice date, you can return it for a free replacement. If that item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

The Fine Print:

Please note that these policies do not apply to items that have been exposed to adverse conditions, intentionally damaged, or neglected. Our items are refurbished and tested, but they have been used in a commercial building. They may have a small amount of paint, some discoloration, or other cosmetic flaws that do not affect their functionality. We will not accept or authorize returns based on cosmetic condition alone.
